Times of the Internet - Editorial Review Policy
Since the Times of the Internet is a collaborative newspaper which receives submissions from individuals, we must follow a simple and clear editorial policy before publishing articles.
All your submissions will be held in a queue until approved by an Editor.
- You must submit original content only. You may not copy the work of others.
- Make sure to include a citation to any third party references. You can either use an inline cite or list your sources in an addendum to your article.
- No over the top self promotion in any articles will be tolerated.
- Content must be exclusive. You may not submit previously published works to Times of the Internet.
- Synthesized news reports are eligible for submission, but be clear with your citations and commentary.
- Proper spelling and grammar are expected
- All submissions are expected to be free of factual error.
- You may link to external websites that are relevant to story content only
- Content may not be pornographic or illegal in nature or include hate speech.
- Add original analysis to news reports.
Your content may be re-formatted to meet technical requirements.
